I'm a little late on the scene, but I got here by searching for "ipcop".

I don't suppose you have a walk-thru on how you setup ipcop in a vm, and how you set the network cards, etc., do you? That's where I'm at just now, and any help you could give me would be great! :-)

Hi there - and thanks for the article. It has answered more questions than any Microsoft article.

My only question - is Hyper-V included with the SBS2008, like with it's normal brothers? I can't seem to find info on this...

The POP3 Connector is still there (it's only available in "SBS" editions of Exchange anyway) .. look under Network -> Windows SBS POP3 Connector in the SBS Console.

My main issue with UAC on a server is when using Windows Explorer to adjust permissions or crawl through system/program directories. It will constantly nag you with UAC prompts.

And whenever i launch a commandprompt using Win-R CMD, it's not elevated ;)

I didn't like UAC being on at first either. Once I'd spent a few days playing with SBS 2008 I started to like it. It doesn't pop up that often and only requires a mouse click when it does. It makes take a step back and think before doing doing something that will have system wide consequences. If I'm doing something I know will have these consequences it's a simple mouse click. If it pops up unexpectedly then I have a chance to reconsider. If you're finding it really annoying I suspect it's because with 2 GB in a Hyper-V partition SBS 2008 is going to be extremely slow. I agree 100% about OneCare. If it's an optional extra OK, but I don't want it installed by default then have to remove it later.
