And totally wrong in my view.

Too many times do junior staff in a 'hi-tech' business sell hardware &#38; software that simply does not do the job and it usually takes the poor nieve consumer hours to actually come to that conclusion.

I guess it's the way things are done these days, total solutions in a box.

Bring back the days when anything purchased would be delivered, installed &#38; set-up to run... properly.
